Recently I have had to undergo some treatment for some medical issues and arrived in Ibiza feeling utterly drained and depleted and in need of really rebuilding my strength and vitality. After 4 days of Marta’s cooking I feel like a new man - completely restored with all of my old boundless energy back in place that has been lacking for the last few months.
I was so touched by how much effort Marta had put into researching the special diet that I was on and made sure that everything she cooked was full of all of the fresh, organic nutrients that my diet required. Meals that I normally found somewhat bland and tasteless have come alive with the most delicious flavours that had previously been lacking.
